    Oracle Database

    Oracle Database se licencira u edicijama Enterprise, Standard Edition 2, Personal i besplatnoj Express. Za sve edicije, osim Enterprise, postoji ograničenje u pogledu najjačeg hardvera na koji mogu biti instalirane. Licence se daju za određeni broj imenovanih osoba ili uređaja koji imaju pravo pristupa bazi (metrika Named User), ili za određeni broj procesora u serveru baze podataka (Processor), a u oba tipa licenci su definisani minimumi u zavisnosti od edicije. There are just few users with the privilege and right to read tha data (eg. only director can read certain data).     Oracle Advanced Security

    Sensitive data are encrypted in the database, and with the key they are kept in a secure location, so if the data are pooled from database their are unreadable (unusable). When ecpryption is on the level of colons the data are encrypted even in the memory, which leads to greater data protection. The key is possible to store in Oracle Wallet or HSM.


    Oracle Data Masking

    Oracle Data Masking is a package for Enterprise Manager. It is focused on masking data, ie. changing the real data values with realistic values. In this way, the data do not lose their shape, so developers can on realistic data to test the software.


    Oracle Audit Vault

    Storing data of the activities of users and administrators in a safe manner in a separate database. In this way, administrators can edit this data. Beside this, Audit Vault enables automated drafting of the report (adapted to most existing standards such as PCI DSS, SOX ...), and it greatly facilitates the review of these (audit) data.

    Sistemska podrška i administriranje Oracle servera

    Parallel je razvio usluge daljinskog administriranja Oracle servera baze podataka i aplikativnih servera.

    Monitoring sistema

    Obavljamo konfigurisanje alata i obezbeđenje podrške za monitoring Oracle servera.

    Svi izveštaji koji se koriste za analize i provere ukupnog stanja sistema, uključujući i izvršenje bekapa, generišu se automatski.

    Za praćenje performansi baza, koriste se Oracle-ovi alati (Statspack i AWR izvestaji) u zavisnosti od verzije servera.

    U zavisnosti od arhitekture sistema i platforme (Unix, Linux, Windows, itd), određuje se način primene i smeštaja prilagođenih lokalnih skripta.

    Usluge monitoringa se prilagođavaju postojećim mogućnostima "remote" pristupa serverima klijenta (VPN, RemoteDesktop i sl) i ukupnom postojećem okruženju (Cluster, Fail Over, RAC, itd.)


    Bekap podataka - zaštita poslovnih podataka

    Projekt izrade sigurnosnih kopija podataka (bekap) se izvodi u zavisnosti od hardverskog i komunikacionog okruženja korisnika i načina njegovog poslovanja.

    Setup i konfigurisanje osnovne strukture za određenog klijenta se vrše tokom instalacije Oracle DB servera, uz kasnija eventualna prilagođavanja u toku testiranja.
    Za klijente sa 24x7 sistemima, koristi se standardna praksa dnevnih izvršenja procedura bekapa. Restore/recoveryprocedure se proveravaju na testnim serverima korisnika.
    Nezavisno od vrste sistema, izvršenje bekapa je potpuno automatizovano.
    Procedure bekapa se izvršavaju Oracle alatom RMAN, što obezubeđuje visoku
    dostupnost sistema. Konfigurisanje i podrška su uslovljeni tipom hardware-a i medija.


    Organizacija redovne podrške i ostale usluge

    Korisnik može obezbediti Parallelu daljinski ili samo fizički pristup svojim serverima, pri čemu daljinski pristup serverima omogućava kvalitietniju i za obe strane jeftiniju podršku.

    Ako korisnik ne može da dozvoli direktan pristup svojim serverima, daljinski pristup se može obezbediti i davanjem prava na daljinsko preuzimanje kontrole nad jednom radnom stanicom korisnika sa koje, kao sa lokalne konzole, Parallel može da nadzirano pristupa korisnikovim serverima.
